1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperviseABA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SuperviseABA is a web-based platform designed to assist Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supervisees in tracking supervision hours and complying with BACB fieldwork requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Premium features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

4. Professional Responsibility

SuperviseABA is a tool to assist in record-keeping. It is the sole responsibility of the BCBA (Supervisor) and the Supervisee to ensure that their final logs and documentation meet the current standards and requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®). SuperviseABA is not affiliated with the BACB®.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SuperviseABA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice at any time.
